Perhaps the most disturbing feature of the video above is the worry that we may actually be getting there. In fact, maybe we’re already there? Socially speaking that is.
Stephen Fry has already offered his praises, calling the book “absolutely amazing… it’s the most energetic, surreal and extraordinary novel I have read for a very long time”.
Tomas, the book, by James Palumbo involves bloated bankers, Russian roubles, salacious socialites and filthy footballers entangled in an abstract story that travels 1,000 years into the future and is a reply to the current financial climate.
If the book is as dark and twisted as the video above would suggest, we’re very excited.
